Full Event planning

From the engagement to the honeymoon, this package includes all aspects of Day-of Coordination and Partial Event Planning, with more in-depth assistance throughout the entire planning process and complete event design. This service is our most highly recommended—being with you from the beginning allows us to help you with one of the most critical steps to planning a wedding: developing a budget.

We’ll prepare comprehensive vendor lists, determine the best fit based on your “couple style,” vision for your big day, and budget, and set up your contracts with payment plans to help keep you on track. An added bonus with this package is the coordination of your out-of-town guests—including RSVPs, assistance with hotel reservations, and customized welcome bags. You can trust us to take care of business on this day (including handling breakdown when you’re jetting off on your honeymoon to following up with a “Now You Are Married” meeting) so that you can relax and enjoy.

Day of coordinate

Two months before your wedding day, you’ll meet with our wedding consultants to discuss significant event details: we will become your “wedding day director.” This includes creating a timeline, communicating expectations to vendors, coordinating the rehearsal, conducting a walk-through of the space, organizing the event, and acting as assistant to the couple, bridal party, and families. You can trust us to take care of business on this day (including handling cleanup when you’re jetting off on your honeymoon) so that you can relax and enjoy.

Six to eight months before your wedding date, we’ll coordinate all details from the Day-of Coordination package but get more involved with helping you select vendors that suit your style and budget, review vendor contracts, and eliminate any kinks. Limited meetings discuss event logistics, timeline creation, and decor ideas. We will create personalized monthly guidance lists for the bride and groom to help you stay on track with planning and your overall budget.
